These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Curvio Mingle Mint Interactive Inc. ("Company", "curviominglemint", "we", "us"), governing access to and utilization of the website located at curviominglemint.lifestyle, including its embedded HTML5 game loops, telemetry systems, leaderboard records, and virtual cosmetic components.
1. Acceptance of Operational Terms
By loading, streaming, or interacting with the curviominglemint engine, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum statutory age required in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not consent to all clauses herein, you must immediately terminate execution of the game loop and cease accessing our web properties.
2. Fair-Play Mandates & Anti-Bot Prohibitions
The integrity of the curviominglemint arcade leaderboard relies upon genuine physical user inputs. You expressly covenant and agree that you shall NOT:
- Inject automated scripts, macros, memory hooks, or browser emulation bots into the canvas update loop.
- Modify client-side JavaScript memory pointers to synthetically escalate score metrics, segment lengths, or speed coefficients.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract game engine assets without express prior written authorization from Curvio Mingle Mint Interactive Inc.
- Transmit artificial HTTP traffic or spoof anti-cheat validation hashes sent to leaderboard verification servers.
Violations of fair play will result in immediate disqualification of high-score records, blacklist of IP ranges, and forfeiture of tournament voucher eligibility.
3. Virtual Customization Assets & Intellectual Property
All titles, visual themes (including Emerald Synthwave, Dragon Scale, Pixel Retro, and Plasma Glow), source code, sound synthesis algorithms, vector brand logos, and audio synthesis designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Curvio Mingle Mint Interactive Inc., protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret statutes.
Customization skins and trail visual effects unlocked through gameplay grant the user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license for browser-based gameplay only. Virtual items hold zero monetary exchange value outside the game engine and cannot be traded for fiat currency.
4. Service Uptime & "As-Is" Operational Disclaimer
The game engine and website are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our engineering team strives for 99.9% cluster availability, Curvio Mingle Mint Interactive Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, compatibility with experimental web browsers, or error-free loop execution.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the arcade engine shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, USA.
